Dear Sir/Madame:
I downloaded the software for Free Text Tool months ago. I only get a small window when I open any document, hence I cannot work on a spread sheet and see the entire document. I have been trying to contact Free Text Tool, but their homepage is impossible and does not allow me to communicate with them. Then I found you and I had to type in an extremely long activation code. I am wasting my time. Please contact me asap! I'm furious, I should have never used Free Text Tool, it is not user friendly! Serafina Rotondi my email is [email protected]
